RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Customers not satisfied with their order may return item(s) within 15 calendar days of delivery. Exchanges shall be conducted in same manner as refunds. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused, in the same condition as received and in original packaging. Items received in double, multi and bundle packs, must be returned in full. Clearance and gift certificates are non-returnable/refundable. To process your return, we require a proof of purchase from ROMANO WEAR. ROMANO WEAR items purchased elsewhere are not eligible for return through ROMANOWEAR.COM.
RETURN PROCESS:
1. Within 15 calendar days of order delivery, and if customer wishes to return item > Submit email to romanowear@gmail.com Email header must state: ROMANO WEAR RETURN ORDER#xxxx (insert you order #). Body of email must include reason for return.
2. ROMANO WEAR will respond to email within 24 hours of receipt, business days. If notice of return was sent within 15 calendar days of product delivery, and should ROMANO WEAR customer service determine all other criteria has been met, an email acknowledgement will be sent. Should ROMANO WEAR determine that the return request does not meet specified conditions, customer will be informed of decline, via email. Should item qualify for free return, ROMANO WEAR Customer Service shall provide return packing label. This free return shipping must be conducted from a location within ROMANO WEAR' free shipping parameters. For orders that did not qualify for free shipping, any return/shipping costs, are at the expense of customer.
3. Upon receipt of ROMANO WEAR return acceptance email, customer shall mail return item(s) in original packaging within 48 hours, with identifying order details.

Once returned item(s) have been received and inspected, and should conditions meet ROMANO WEAR criteria, customer will be notified via email and refund issued within 7 business days of item receipt. Refunds will be executed against the form of payment utilized at time of purchase. If product is returned by a party other than original purchaser, refund will still be executed against the original transaction.
